We are accepting booth applications!

Application Period:


First round- June 1 – June 30, 2025 (Ended)

Second round- August 1 – August 31, 2025 (Now open)



Before filling out the application form, please read the following guidelines carefully and ensure that all submitted information is accurate.

This booth application operates on a first-come, first-served basis with content review — not a lottery system.

However, please do not rush to submit the form. Make sure you have fully understood the terms and provided accurate information before submitting.



 There are two types of booth specifications:


【Full Booth】

Fee: HKD $750

Size: One 180x90cm table

Staff Quota: 2 free admissions + 2 additional person (ticket required at standard price)

【Half Booth】


Fee: HKD $470

Size: Half of a 180x90cm table (approx. 90x90cm)

Staff Quota: 1 free admission + 1 additional person (ticket required at standard price)


💰 Payment Methods:


  • Applicants in Hong Kong: Bank transfer

  • Applicants in Mainland China: Alipay

  • Overseas Applicants: PayPal (applicant bears the transaction fee) or pay in cash on the event day



🛑 Merchandise Restrictions:


❌ No food, beverages, or alcohol

❌ No items prohibited by Hong Kong customs

❌ No unlicensed, second-hand commercial products, or pirated goods

✅ R18/NSFW content is allowed but must be properly covered and labeled with warnings

✅ All merchandise must align with the event's theme

⚠️ We will ask applicant to declare all merchandise that includes AI generated content. Any AI usage that could possibly damages other creator's interests is discouraged. All undeclared AI merches will be considered as disputed products.

The organizers reserve the right to ask any vendor to cease selling disputed products.



⚠️ Before You Apply:


This event uses a first-come, first-served with screening system.

Organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on all applications.


Application Process:


  • Submit form ➡️ Under review ➡️ Email notification ➡️ Payment before deadline

  • Accepted applicants will be announced around one week after the deadline.

  • Payment must be made before the due date to confirm your booth.



⚠️ Form Submission Guidelines (Applications not following these rules will be rejected):


▶️ Each form represents one booth application

▶️ Due to limited booth numbers, each applicant may only apply for one booth (either full or half) in the first round. If slots remain, selected applicants will be invited for a second round to apply for additional booths.

▶️ Final booth count will be determined by the organizers.

▶️ You must provide a website or social media link that represents your work.

▶️ Declare all the types of merchandise you plan to sell at the event.

▶️ Prohibited items include food, beverages, alcohol, customs-prohibited items, unlicensed/second-hand/pirated commercial products. Organizers may request a vendor to stop selling questionable items.

▶️ Adjacent Booth Requests: Up to 2 booths may request to be placed next to each other.

▶️ Both parties must fill in each other's booth name for the adjacency request to be valid.

▶️ If you require space for large promotional items (e.g. life-size standees, banners), please mention it during application with size details. Limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

❓Frequently Asked Questions:


⭕️ Can I sell R18 (NSFW) content?

→ Yes. There will be a designated R18 zone at the event.

→ Booth staff are responsible for ensuring that all purchasers are 18+. You have the right to request ID if needed.

All adult material must be properly covered and labeled with the following warning:

“WARNING: THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MATERIAL WHICH MAY OFFEND AND MAY NOT BE DISTRIBUTED, CIRCULATED, SOLD, HIRED, GIVEN, LENT, SHOWN, PLAYED OR PROJECTED TO A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS

⭕️ Are anthropomorphized or monster versions of human characters allowed?

→ Yes, as long as the modified design clearly shows non-human traits.

Designs that only add animal ears/tails but retain a fully human appearance may not be considered valid.


⭕️ Is human x furry content allowed?

→ Yes. As long as the main theme involves furry or non-human characters, the presence of human characters is allowed.


⭕️ Can I sell items that feature only human characters?

→ To a limited extent. Human characters may be included in merch only if bundled with furry or non-human characters. Standalone merch featuring only humans is not considered valid.

⭕️ Can I use my booth for display, custom orders, or live creation?

→ Yes. Display-only booths or booths offering made-to-order goods are allowed, as long as the content matches the event's theme.

❌ What is strictly prohibited?

→ Selling food, drinks, or alcohol

→ Items banned by Hong Kong customs

→ Unauthorized, second-hand, or pirated commercial goods

→ Organizers reserve the right to ask vendors to cease selling disputed items
